Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping and supporting my work! Please review the policies below regarding returns, refunds, subscriptions, and damaged items before completing your purchase through my store or Patreon.

Art Prints

  • All print orders are custom-made and are strictly non-refundable.
  • If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photo proof of the damaged print and the original packaging so a replacement can be arranged.

Custom Commissions

  • Commission projects are eligible for a refund only within 7 days of your initial payment.
  • After 7 days, payments become non-refundable to account for the creative labor and scheduling already committed to your project.

Apparel & Physical Goods

  • Apparel and other physical merchandise are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition to qualify for a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Subscriptions & Memberships

  • All monthly subscription tiers, exclusive community access, and digital rewards are managed directly through Patreon.
  • Billing, cancellations, and refund requests for subscription packages are subject to Patreon’s official Terms and Conditions. Please refer to Patreon's support and billing portals to manage your membership.

Defective Goods & Consumer Rights

  • In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, if a physical product arrives materially defective, damaged, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
  • If a physical package does not arrive within 30 days of the promised delivery date, you may be eligible to cancel the order for a full refund.
